Making the decision to donate your embryos is hard. Finding and connecting with a family to receive your embryos can be even harder. But like C.S. Lewis said, “Hardship often prepares an ordinary person for an extraordinary destiny.” And with NRFA to help you along the way, the process of donating has become so much easier.
Around this time of year, we feel especially grateful for the gift of life embryo adoption has given us. More than anything, we want to give as many waiting families and embryos the same opportunity.
If you have embryos that are waiting to be given a chance at life, or know someone who does, we wholeheartedly encourage you to take some time this holiday season to consider joining NRFA.
Hear more about embryo adoption from donors like you:
Yohannah & Colin: “I’m really glad we found wonderful people who want our embryos and will love them so much. It has worked out so much better than I ever thought it would. I know there are times where I will feel emotional about the babies, but I feel so much better knowing they will be with this family that already loves them so much.”
Sheena & Phil: “We had 6 frozen embryos and for me, destroying them or donating them to science wasn’t an option. Embryo donation was the only choice. I view them as life and they deserve a chance to be born. Since I can no longer give them that chance, I felt my new job as their genetic mother was to find the person who could.”
Katie & Scott: “After going through IVF and seeing two little 5 day embryos turn into our beautiful boy and girl twins, we couldn’t imagine getting rid of our remaining two embryos.”
